Sometimes the busyness of our everyday lives prevents us from maintaining a regular meditation practice. The good news is that we don’t need to sit in meditation for an hour a day to progress spiritually! There are effective practices that can be done when we have just a few minutes here and there.
Mindo guides us through three short practices that can easily be incorporated into the day. These practices aim to bring our attention to our true Selves, the Awareness that is always there. This attention on our Awareness slowly dissolves the conditionings of the mind so that our true Self can shine through.
